Because we understand that emergencies don’t necessarily keep office hours we provide a 24/7 emergency service for our clients.

We’re happy to handle your emergency calls so that you don’t have to worry about the details.   Our normal opening hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and our office is closed on public holidays.

Hot Water Systems

As an owner, a hot water service is your responsibility if it only services your unit – and a corporation’s responsibility if it services multiple units.

Fuse boxes are the same. In the event of a power failure, we suggest that you first check your unit’s fuse box for any faulty or flipped fuses.   Check to see if other units have power.  If not, then call ETSA to see if there is a blackout in your area.  If there is no problem with the fuse box and there’s no blackout in your area, then call your electricity supplier.
